Lord Sananda For more information please visit. I don’t care about contributing to the Presidential Campaign fund. I get emails everyday asking for more money, because Obama is not earning as much as Romney. Who fucking cares? Not this girl. A) I don’t have money to contribute. B) I don’t believe we should be paying for the campaign.
C) I don’t think there should be a campaign. D) I don’t believe that whomever raises the most money will become President. Though, if money can buy the Presidency, and has bought it, then we are in some serious trouble. (When is the economy going to crash again? We should just start a new system when that happens again) I got this message today from “Biden” and the campaign (or whomever writes these emails everyday): “If we don’t win this election, it will be because we didn’t close the spending gap when we could.”::rolls eyes:: Every month there’s another fundraising deadline, and this one is always more important and more crucial than the last. I refuse to help in a monetary way.
I sent Obama (The White House) a letter at the end of last year warning him (them) not to worry about campaigning. People can make up their minds in a relatively short period of time (i.e. Prime Minister elections in the UK).
Time is better spent getting legislation done and activated that roaming around the nation pandering to the masses. I believe Obama will win again based on what he’s done the past four years and not how much money he has earned in fundraising for his campaign. Use the money elsewhere, like creating jobs & infrastructure. Simpler is better. Here’s to simplifying! Rlilly signing off her vent session.
This series of photos was taken from the front of my office building in Fairfax, VA which faces north. The first photo is the far left to the north-west, the middle is straight on to the north, and the last is to the north-east. The number is startling large and they are evenly spaced and parallel. All originating from the north, my guess is flight leaving Baltimore or even New York/New Jersey. These trails couldn’t have been generated by planes leaving Dulles (IAD) or Regan National Airports.
They are about equidistant from my location to the west and east, respectively. On the page of one of my old friends, Trey, who has just become a Facebook friend of mine. Why we weren’t already? I don’t know, probably my lack of use of Facebook, or maybe I searched for him before and he was not there. Anyways, that came up because he accidentally butt dialed me last night.
(Apparently, he needs a new one.) Additionally, I was thinking about this exact quote yesterday as well. Though I’m not sure at what point.
And I forgot until I saw the photo today! So, my point is synchronicity; Coincidence for those who do not accept the idea that everything follows a design. Another synchronistic thing that happened to me in the last couple days: I realized my yoga class was almost over and so I decided to do some research looking for a place that would challenge me and feed my soul and intellect.
This morning, I got a coupon from Amazon.com for an amazing deal at a Yoga Studio in Vienna that seems or feels authentic in what it’s trying to do spiritually. It’s also not a chain, like Dahn. And yesterday, I was notified of a new MeetUp group nearby, and it was a little yoga studio run by a mother and daughter team our of their home! I reacted very enthusiastically to this group, especially since it’s only a few minutes from my house, and on the way home. And, again, they have spiritual and metaphysical leanings with their yoga. I’m interested in the Kundalini yoga, which East Meets West Yoga Center offer.
Both offer mediations. As soon as I was geared toward finding something specific (though not exactly), things started popping up in my field of experience that could (and would) lead me to what I desire. The only things left for me, is to do! I really just need to go a pick up a class here and there and test it out. See if I get a good vibe.
East Meets West is in Vienna though, nearly in Tysons, and that’s a bit too far. But, maybe for a couple Kundalini yoga classes, it would be worth it. Anyways, back to the beginning! “When you do things right, people won’t be sure you’ve done anything at all.” LOL. Such wisdom in Futurama’s humor Alas, the most synchronistic thing in this entry is rereading that line and realizing that it is describing synchronicity purely and simply – maybe even humorously. Definitely.;-D The God Entity from the show advises that the use of godlike powers requires a “light touch” so that those one intends to aid will neither lose hope in nor become dependent on supernatural intervention.
Which probably isn’t all that different from the real God’s point of view, if he does exist. Though perhaps the truth in the statement is not one about God, but about humanity. We need that balance between giving too much and not giving enough. And whether it’s in our minds and imagined, or if there is a supernatural being out there who does answer our prayers, is also a really good question.
